Dusty Clements, JD
My husband and I have lived in Jasper County with our four children since 2006. I operated a successful daycare for seven years while also furthering my education. I graduated from Upper Iowa University in 2012 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Public Administration. In 2013, I received a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota. In 2013, I went on to Drake University Law School and graduated with Honors, in 2016.
During my three years at Drake, I interned for the General Counsel at ChildServe and interned at the Iowa House of Representatives. I also clerked for the District Associate Judge in Jasper County and served as a Guardian Ad Litem for children through the Middleton Center for Children’s Rights. I am also a Certified Family Law Mediator and Certified in Collaborative Divorce.
