Is an area of law that pertains to family matters and domestic relations, including: marriage and divorce, adoption and surrogacy, child custody, child visitation, child support, and paternity issues.

Criminal Law an area of law pertaining to those who have been charged by the State or local entities with committing a crime.
Real Estate
Property Law is an area of law pertaining to the various forms of ownership and tenancy in real property, including: landlord-tenant issues, lease agreements, purchase agreements, real estate contracts, and title examinations/opinions.
Juvenile Law
Is an area of law pertaining to persons under the age of eighteen. This includes both Child in Need of Assistance cases and Juvenile Delinquency cases.
Estate Planning & Probate
Estate planning is an area of law pertaining to the process by which individuals or families plan for the transfer of assets in anticipation of death. Probate is the legal process where the assets are distributed after ones death. This area includes: wills, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Mediation
Is the process where a third party assists in the dispute resolution between the parties to assist them in reaching an agreement.
